Most frequent questions and answers

Although our business is not headquartered in the USA, our shipping depot is!

Like many online card retailers, it takes time to process and select all of the unique cards for your order. All cards are packed in the order in which they are received. 

Our typical processing times are about 5-7 business days right now as our demand is very high and there are many orders in queue. We are a small bespoke business, offering the highest curated quality from all sources at the best price. We hope to return to normal 2-3 day processing times soon as we continue to scale.

After processing is complete, standard USPS shipping ranges from 2 to 4 business days.

We also offer expedited “2nd day air” shipping through UPS. This option is still subject to normal processing times, but typically delivers in 2 days once it’s dropped off. This may be a great option for orders placed during the weekend to be sure to get it by Friday if you’re on the east coast for example.

Shipping to Canada is about 1 and a half weeks or so.

International shipping anywhere else in the world takes between 1-4 weeks depending on the location.

Most customers are shocked with the shipping speed compared to other services. 

Yes! This feature is in beta. Please read the following details.

  • What is an order combination? An order combination is when you place an order, and some time later decide to add or swap cards before shipment to save on shipping costs. Shipping methods can also be updated. (i.e. to swap from standard to expedited). This process can also be used to modify your shipping address.
  • How to perform an order combination: Order combinations are only available to those with accounts. Under your account page, you can select orders on the left panel. Then find the order, and hit the edit order button. Please note, only orders still in “Processing” state can be modified. Once a shipping label is created and the order enters picking/QC/Pending drop off (“Completed” status) it cannot be modified.
  • How does it work? Once you begin modifying your order, your current order contents will be added to your cart, and a coupon applied to the current amount already charged to your original payment method. You’ll then be able to add new selections, exchange cards, or change the shipping method. You will then checkout again, only paying the additional costs added to that order.

 

IMPORTANT NOTES!

Because you are creating a new order, the order date will update to the current date. Unlike our old combination system, edited orders are NOT combined into your earliest order preserving your “place in line”. This essentially puts your modified order “at the end” of the order queue. This means the sooner you modify your order, the better in terms of processing time and getting your order quickly.

Order editing does NOT support removal of cards, only additions or exchanges. This is only for additions. You will not be refunded for reducing the amount of items/value of the order.

If you accidentally click the button and decide not to modify your order, you can clear your cart, then log out of your account and log back in to reset it. Or reset cache/cookies.

If your original order contains items which are currently out of stock, you will need to make adjustments/remove those selections during the editing process. They are not returned to inventory when you begin editing your order, so the edited order cannot process correctly. Technically once the order edit is finalized, those items will be returned to inventory and you can edit the order again to add them back. This is a limitation of the website’s database.

Unfortunately we cannot offer PayPal due to the nature of the business. We’re always looking to add more payment processors in the future!

All orders are shipped in a 6×10 bubble padded envelope. We also sleeve the cards, and place them inside a plastic seal. Then for extra protection, we add some cardboard to insulate against bending during shipment.

Yes! Most of our new cards come from special requests from our customers. We take requests through our discord.

Once requested, cards are typically available within 2 weeks if approved.

All cards use the traditional card back from the game that you would expect. For all intents and purposes, most people cannot tell any difference at a glance. However, we do recommend to use card sleeves. The beta full set bundle uses an alternative card back.

We do run promotions, giveaways, and discounts from time to time. Right now we offer free shipping on orders over $75 to the USA, free shipping on orders over $150 to Canada, and free shipping on orders over $250 internationally.
